We honor our manufacturers’​ consumer return policies. Equipment returns are approved on a case-by-case basis.

To return your order, please visit the Orders page here and open the order you wish to return. Follow the prompts below the order details.

Can I return my in-store purchase?

In most cases, yes. In-store, non-equipment purchases may be returned within 30 days of the date printed on the receipt. Returns are approved on a case-by-case basis.

Returns are NOT accepted if any of the following applies to your purchase:

  • The purchased item(s) are not regularly stocked
  • The purchased item(s) were electrical parts and were installed and/or the packaging was opened
  • The purchased item(s) was oil, lubricant, or other fuel additive
